You can return any product purchased our website within 14 days from the date of delivery, with pick-up at home or at any Golden Goose Store.

Make sure the products are in their original condition with all the tags and packaging included. If you want to return your product by mail, complete the online returns form and book collection with the courier.

Making a return, whether online or in store, is free.

Purchased items can only be exchanged with articles of the same model, in a different size, if available.
